How it works……

  • After reading everything and you think you are ready to ride the caboose. Fill out our consultation form so that we can evaluate your needs and get back to you with any further questions we have before providing a quote.

  • Some locations will require a site visit to ensure proper space for our caboose. We will let you know when sending the quote whether or not your event requires a site visit.

  • Once everything has been agreed upon, a signed contract and 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking.

  • As we approach your event date, we will need to finalize menu selections, headcount and other details. Your contract will be updated as needed and final payment will be required.

  • With everything completed, all that’s left is to hop on the party train, cuz everyone knows the caboose is where it’s at!
