With so many party options, from a kids ice cream & candy bar, a holiday coffee bar, and of course the all time favorite alcohol bar (offered through collaboration with Let It Brie’s catering), our caboose will give your event the oomph you are looking for.

No matter the occasion, we are confident that our caboose will make it memorable!

  • Drinks

    Adult drink bar. Currently we can operate a full scale bar inside the caboose along with beer on tap (up to 2 choices). We will help you design a custom menu for your party. We can provide beer, wine & wine based cocktails through our partner for an additional fee, or we will come as a dry bar and you provide the alcohol & mixers at no additional charge.

  • Bites

    Bites & boards. We have many options to add to your party. Whether you would like pastries at your mimosa bar, mini cheese plates as an appetizer at a wedding, candy & ice cream bar for a kids party or even a complete pasta style buffet. We are confident we can put together an amazing custom menu to suite your catering needs.

  • Coffee

    Coffee doesn’t have to be just an add-on. Having a holiday party? Let the caboose come to you and we can provide a full coffee bar with an amazing menu. If you really want to kick it up a notch, make them some “adult” coffee drinks to really get your party hopping.

  • Theme

    Our whole goal of the caboose when we designed it, was to create a blank canvas that can adapt to your custom theme. Don’t have a theme? Let us help you decide what works for your event.
